There is an admission fee of $1 per visitor benefiting the Mandarin Community Club.

The Mandarin Art Festival storms back for it's 42nd year. Artists from all over the nation will converge on this historic community on Easter Weekend. This years event the volunteers of the Mandarin Art Festival will be partnering with Howard Alan Events to make this great art fair even better. Art lovers from all over the area will be taking in gorgeous paintings, exquisite jewelry, hand made pottery, breath taking photography, and larger then life sculptures.

Also going on this weekend at this great art fair will be a kids art show, a one-of-a-kind green market, as well as a kids Easter egg hunt. Bring the family for this time honored event that offers something for everyone.

From I-95, exit at #180 (192/Melbourne). Go east on 192; bear right onto New Haven Ave. to Downtown Melbourne. Festival is on New Haven Ave. east of Livingston to west of US 1. Five blocks of New Haven are closed to vehicles downtown.

I'm sure as you all know, by my many newsletters and updates that I send out that the mayfaire is my favorite art show to be a part of. I'm not just saying that. It actually is. Artists, expect greatness from staff, volunteers, and patons.

Begun as a crafts fair on the lawn of the Lakeland Public Library, MIDFLORIDA Mayfaire by-the-Lake has grown into one of Florida's premier outdoor art festivals. Held on Mother's Day weekend each year, Mayfaire is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Morton in downtown Lakeland, Florida. Mayfaire is one of the largest and oldest outdoor art festivals in Central Florida. Come see why it has such a great reputation!

Over 180 artists: With so many to choose from, you're sure to find one you love! From jewelers, to clay artists, to painters; landscapes and wildlife to pure abstraction, any artistic taste will be satisfied.
Free parking and shuttle service: Free parking at Florida Southern College on the corner of Johnson and McDonald. A free shuttle will run between the parking lot and the festival.
MayFerrys: Free shuttles will run around Lake Morton and up to the Museum during the festival.
Food and beverage vendors: A wide variety of great edibles are available for purchase including smoothies, funnel cakes, shaved ice and MORE!
Live entertainment: Local musicians, dance companies, and VSA arts of Florida perform on stage on the shady front lawn of Lakeland Public Library throughout the weekend.
Hands-on Children's Art Tent and Kids Zone: Located in the Museum's parking lot, this part of Mayfaire will include several FREE art activities designed for participation by children of ALL abilities, as well as bounce houses and a rock climbing wall.
